In the first phase of the Lezeaga 21 project, in Bilbao, the collaboration between three major references in the sector has made it possible to create a roof with high technical and aesthetic performance.

The project, executed by Dual Integral, combines the innovation of the new Klinker Marseillaise Roof Tile by Cerámicas Mazarrón, manufactured in plaster molds, with the efficiency of the 140 mm Onduline XPS Sandwich Panel, creating an integral solution adapted to the current building requirements.

The system is completed with a dry assembly on double battens, which ensures a faster, safer and more durable installation, optimizing both the ventilation and the watertightness of the roof.

This project is an example of how collaboration between specialized companies brings added value to construction, guaranteeing efficient and sustainable roofs with impeccable aesthetics.
